How to improve the organizational capability of a team?

Organizational capability refers to the ability to carry out organizational work. It refers to the ability of the company to convert its various element inputs into products or services with higher production efficiency or higher quality under the same investment as its competitors.

MYDO SPORTS management team was divided into 10 small teams, each small team including production, purchase, sales, QC, R & D management. Company target is to be the supplier and manufacturer of top fitness equipment brand. The production capacity target is 1 billion per year. It’s about 3 times of present capacity. It might take 3 to 5 years to get this target.

There are three issues to be solved, every team will have to face these issues and provide the solutions. They have to know these issues clearly, them they could only solve them in the right direction. Why company management organized this training? We need a cohesive and high efficient team. All the members have the same target and work together. They will face a lot of unpredictable issues, find out the mayor factors and sort them out.

Only if we have done for these 3 issues, we could win more opportunity to cooperate with top fitness equipment brands and win trust from our present clients. All 10 teams are very exciting and very seriously. There are no standard answers on these, improvement is going on day by day, week by week, month by month and year by year.

Nearly 4 hours training, we have three excellent teams. They had very good performance during these cooperation and provided very good suggestions for the company. MYDO SPORTS will have training plan continuously and improve every year to serve our clients.
