Our new system allows one production line to switch instantly between different product types without the downtime or reconfiguration traditionally required. On the same line, workers and automated systems can now assemble:
Three different treadmill models are available: the TC150B compact treadmill, the TA860K commercial treadmill with an 860 mm deck, and the TD148B foldable treadmill.
Two elliptical models are designed for different user needs: the BE112B commercial elliptical and the BE506F front-wheel drive elliptical with a solid wood exterior.
By achieving this flexibility, we’ve essentially combined what used to require multiple independent lines into one dynamic, adaptive line.
